(3)    Banking: We establish U.S. bank accounts for our clients and directly deposit your net rental income, which you can then transfer to your Canadian accounts.

(4)    Account Management: We create and manage all of your accounts, including utilities, insurance, property tax, and Home Owner Association fees.

(5)    Financial Statements: We provide detailed quarterly financial statements that clear show how rental income is dispersed for expenses and the remainder deposited into your account.
