Invest in Commercial Real Estate Opportunities

1) Direct Commercial Real Estate Investments
Your first option is to directly invest in a commercial real estate property. If you choose to invest, you will own a percentage of the property (typically at least 5% ownership for commercial properties).
Visit our list of current commercial investment property opportunities. These are properties that we have identified as having significant potential to unlock value and benefit from capital appreciation.
Use the information we provide to select a property (or properties) that meet your investment criteria. We will walk you through the purchase and sale agreement, as well as the property management agreement.
If it’s a US property, we will set up a US bank account where you will receive your property net rent on a quarterly basis. We are then responsible for managing the property on an ongoing basis, including securing tenants, ensuring all rent is collected, ensuring that fees and taxes are paid, and any other activities required.

2) RRSP Eligible Commercial Real Estate Securities
Your second option is to participate in an RRSP eligible real estate investment. Accredited investors can choose to invest in preferred shares that will qualify as RRSP, TFSA, and RRIF eligible securities.
We will invest in undervalued properties in the US and Canada where we have identified an opportunity for a strong return on investment. This is a great way for investors to get exposure to US commercial real estate opportunities without a direct investment.
The investment term is five years, at which point you can request the original amount of your investment plus any accumulated dividends. We will pay a 5% annual return, with the potential of up to an additional 25% return paid at the end of the initial five years.
